Ven. Gnanasara Thero released on bail

Bodu Bala Sena (BBS) General Secretary, Ven. Galagodaatte Gnanasara Thero, who surrendered to courts this morning, has been released on the previous bail, Ada Derana reporter said.

The Fort Magistrate has issued an order stating that scheduled anti-SAITAM protest today should be held without creating unnecessary public nuisance and without obstructing the traffic.

ITAK drops no-faith motion against Wiggy

Action against private hospitals

The Health Ministry will take legal action against private hospitals and laboratories which do not implement the new reduced charges for the blood tests used to diagnose dengue fever, the Health Ministry said.
