There is a necessity to improve the skills of the staff by providing local and foreign training courses to enhance the knowledge and skills of the staff of the SGP in order to fulfill the legislative and administrative affairs of the Parliament more efficiently and effectively. Therefore, the necessasity has been arisen to establish a separate Office under the Department of Administration of Parliament in order to assign all the human resource development activities, including the formulation and implementation of an annual training plan to fulfill the requirements of directing the Staff of the SGP for specific training areas.
