A technical cooperation programme has also been implemented in 2019. Both parties have agreed to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to implement a technical cooperation programme from the year 2023 so that they can engage in multiple knowledge transfer programmes based on the cooperation built. In this regard, the draft MoU on the proposed technical cooperation has been prepared according to the observations of the Attorney General and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In effect, the Cabinet approved the proposal presented by the Minister of Power and Energy to enter into the MoU above.
