The senior official from the Ministry of Power and Energy stated that the new wind farm is expected to generate a capacity of 50 megawatts, contributing significantly to the country's renewable energy portfolio.

In addition to the wind farm, the Ministry has also invited tenders for the construction of solar power plants with a total capacity of 165 megawatts. This move is part of the government's ongoing efforts to diversify the country's energy sources and reduce dependence on fossil fuels.
