Do not use this eye surgeon

Do NOT use Saliya Pathirana for any type of slightly complicated eye surgery. He ruined my father's vision in one eye and said it was due to my dad being diabetic which made the surgery a little more difficult. My dad, who reads history books, now cannot read anything. It is appalling that he is able to continue practicing medicine with a lot of self-complimenting and disregard for the effects of his mistakes.
